psychotherapy
Psychotherapy, also known as talk therapy, is a collaborative process between a therapist and a client designed to help individuals understand and navigate emotional, psychological, and relational challenges. It provides a safe, supportive space to explore thoughts, behaviors, and experiences that may be impacting your well-being.
I offer individual therapy sessions that draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and traditional talk therapy. My approach is personalized to meet your unique needs and goals. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that is not only effective but also sustainable over time.
Whether you're coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns, I am here to support you on your journey toward greater self-awareness, healing, and growth.

living well coaching
Living Well Coaching is a space created for oncology survivors and those still in the midst of their process—emotionally, physically, and mentally. This service was designed with you in mind: someone who has faced life-altering experiences and is now seeking meaningful, forward-focused support.
Unlike counseling, which often explores the past and deeper emotional patterns, coaching is about where you are now and where you want to go. Together, we’ll identify your goals, build on your strengths, and create a personalized plan that supports your vision for living well—whether that means finding balance, rediscovering joy, or adjusting to a new normal.
virtual group counseling
Tender Ground is a therapeutic support group created for mothers who have survived serious life-altering experiences such as cancer, terminal illness, chronic disability, or other significant losses. This space honors the emotional complexity of parenting while navigating personal trauma, grief, or ongoing uncertainty.
In this group, you will:
Find comfort in shared experiences with other resilient mothers
Reclaim parts of your identity beyond survival
Learn coping tools to support your emotional well-being
Explore what it means to mother in this “after” space—with compassion and purpose
**Fee schedule: Group will meet biweekly on Thursdays.
